Royal Grands stands as a testament to luxurious comfort and exceptional service, nestled in a location rich with history and transformed with modern elegance. The land of the Rest House, originally owned by the Urban Development Authority, was acquired by the Royal Group of Companies on a 99-year lease, integrating seamlessly into our esteemed group.

In 2014, we embarked on an ambitious renovation project. The expedited process resulted in a stunning transformation, unveiling a sophisticated banquet hall, a cozy bar, a supper inn, and a restaurant that serves a delightful array of Sri Lankan, North Indian, and Chinese cuisines. The beautifully landscaped grounds and ample vehicle parking add to the convenience and charm of our venue.

The ambience is really pleasant and accommodating to customers, even at strange hours. The entryway is excellent, creating a spacious atmosphere that is also ideal for selfies. The rooms are large and well-kept. This has to be improved because room service guests are unable to contact housekeeping or reception via intercom. There are lizards and mosquitos in the rooms, and the water in the washbasins is stagnant.
