The land of the Rest House, originally owned by the Urban Development Authority, was acquired by the Royal Group of Companies on a 99-year lease, integrating seamlessly into our esteemed group.
In 2014, we embarked on an ambitious renovation project. The expedited process resulted in a stunning transformation, unveiling a sophisticated banquet hall, a cozy bar, a supper inn, and a restaurant that serves a delightful array of Sri Lankan, North Indian, and Chinese cuisines. The beautifully landscaped grounds and ample vehicle parking add to the convenience and charm of our venue.
